My Role at Rosaline’s Flowers & The Flower Paddock
Owner - Rozz
As the owner and lead florist of Rosaline’s Flowers, I’m lucky enough to be involved in every step of the process, from sowing the very seeds in the soil at The Flower Paddock to creating stunning floral arrangements for my clients.
I love rolling up my sleeves and getting my hands dirty in the paddock, where I grow many of the flowers that make their way into the bouquets and arrangements we offer. Whether it’s nurturing new blooms from seed, tending to the plants, or harvesting the flowers, I’m dedicated to growing vibrant, sustainable blooms.
I design everything from everyday bouquets to bespoke wedding florals, thoughtful funeral tributes, and everything in between. I’m also passionate about supporting other florists and flower growers, which is why I offer DIY buckets—carefully curated collections of blooms for other professionals who share my love for fresh, local flowers.
I handle the business side of Rosaline’s Flowers as well, running accounts, managing logistics, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Whether I’m creating content for our website, coordinating orders, or being featured in magazines, I’m always working to elevate the business and bring our love of flowers to a wider audience.

Nicola (Mum)
Behind every thriving business is someone keeping it all together—and at Rosaline’s Flowers, that person is none other than our Admin Queen, my mum! She’s the true wizard of the office, turning chaos into order with her magical powers of organization and efficiency.
From keeping the books in tip-top shape to ensuring every spreadsheet is flawless, Mum is the heartbeat of our back-office operations. As our Receipt Goddess, she’s on top of every little detail, making sure no transaction goes unnoticed. She’s also our Account Queenie, managing invoices, payments, and all things finance with ease and grace.
Her role is absolutely vital—without her, the office wouldn't run nearly as smoothly. Whether it’s juggling accounts or making sure our business paperwork is in order, she’s the one behind the scenes ensuring everything is ticking along perfectly. Mum’s dedication and attention to detail make her an irreplaceable part of the team, and we truly couldn’t do it without her!

Peter (Dad)
Meet The Main Man—the heart and soul of Rosaline’s Flowers and The Flower Paddock. As the head of our family and the calm, positive force behind the business, my dad is a true role model and a constant source of support and guidance.
A level-headed businessman with a love for planning, Dad is deeply involved in the growth and development of the flower paddock beds, bringing his thoughtful approach to everything from land management to future growth strategies.
But beyond business, Dad is the anchor of our family, offering love, support, and a healthy dose of humor as we all work together so closely. Living life with Mum and three girls (and all the creative chaos that comes with us!) requires a lot of patience, and his sense of humor is absolutely essential.
I know that Rosaline’s Flowers wouldn’t be what it is today without Dad’s help—his wisdom, work ethic, and unwavering belief in our vision have been instrumental in making this business possible. We have so much respect for him, and we’re incredibly lucky to have him as both a father and a business partner.

Phylis (Grandma)
Meet Grandma, the unsung hero behind the scenes at Rosaline’s Flowers and The Flower Paddock. She’s an avid gardener with a green thumb who keeps everything in bloom and looking beautiful. But her contributions go far beyond the garden—Grandma is the quiet force that makes everything run smoothly, no matter how chaotic things get.
From pulling weeds in the paddock to cleaning the shop, keeping us updated on weather forecasts, and even bleaching buckets, Grandma’s hands are always busy, making sure every little detail is perfect. She’s the hard-working perfectionist who takes pride in everything she does, whether it's standing in for collections or offering an extra set of hands when we need them most.
Her dedication to us granddaughters is unmatched—she’ll do anything for us, always offering her love, support, and wisdom. Grandma is the secret behind the chaos, the one who ensures the business keeps running like clockwork behing the scenes, even when things get hectic. Whether it's lending an ear or stepping in to help out with a last-minute task, she’s our saving grace and the quiet strength that holds it all together.
We’re incredibly lucky to have her by our side, and we couldn’t do what we do without her.
Mill & Maeve's role at Rosalines Flowers & The Flower Paddock
Millie & Maeve
Meet Millie, my younger sister, the ultimate workhorse of Rosaline’s Flowers. Not only does she run her own successful business, but she also always finds time to lend a hand whenever we need it. Millie is a true force to be reckoned with—whether it’s tackling the weeds, cutting back flower beds, or jumping into any DIY project that comes our way. There’s no task too big or small for her, and her energy and determination are unmatched.
But Millie isn’t just about getting things done—she’s also our agony aunt, offering wisdom and support, and the best cuddle giver you could ask for. She’s the kind of person who always has your back, and her help around the business makes all the difference.
Meet Maeve, our best little helper—though I’m not sure how much “help” she actually gives, she’s certainly the brightest part of the day! Maeve might not be the most practical worker just yet, but her endless smiles, cuddles, and chatter bring so much joy to everyone around her.
She loves to explore the flower beds, playing with the plant pots, smelling all the flowers, and even sitting in the beds as if they’re her own little play zone. You’ll often find her splashing in the water or getting up to some kind of mischief, and somehow, everything she does just adds to the charm of the paddock.
