Join us for a beautiful summer morning in the countryside combining movement, flowers and slow living beneath our stretch tent at The Flower Paddock 🌿
Together, Nolara Studios and The Flower Paddock are collaborating to bring you a relaxing and creative experience designed to help you unwind, reconnect and enjoy a little time for yourself.
Your morning will include:
✨ A calming Pilates session with Nolara Studios
✨ A guided jam jar flower arranging workshop using seasonal blooms from the paddock
✨ Refreshments included
✨ A beautiful countryside setting beneath our covered stretch tent
Guests will be split into smaller intimate groups, allowing everyone to enjoy both experiences throughout the morning.
Whether you’re coming alone, with friends or looking for a peaceful reset, we’d love to welcome you.

* Comfortable clothing suitable for movement

Our stretch tent provides shelter, however we do recommend checking the weather forecast ahead of the event and dressing comfortably for the day.
